exercise for the day 3 hours away

Description of Activity:  (How far, how long, intensity, etc.) 
raked about half of my lawn, the intensity was moderate, how long 1 hour

What Was Accomplished:
raking about half of my lawn of wet grass clumps
Goal(s) to Achieve Next Time: none really
Physiological Response:  (Sweat, Heart Rate, Aches/Pains?) 
no sweat, not a noticeable increase in heart rate, my feet were tired afterwards.
