Walked for 5.5 miles, for 2 hours, the intensity: we were walking very casually. (later in the summer we will pick up the pace but for now we are conquering the length)
What Was Accomplished:
Walking half the goal amount (10 miles)

Walk up to the Burger King on the corner of Sawberg and State st. maybe a little further.

I had none except for my feet were complaining.
Feedback From Others/Self:
I want to get to 10 miles so I can feel better about myself and I want to as a long term goal shrink into a smaller size of jeans.
