I raked sticks for 2 hours and 15 min. intensity not very much at all except at the beginning when my mom told me to get my frustrations out on raking. That is when I went really fast.
What Was Accomplished:
I raked sticks and busted up some bad wood (with my foot the wood was starting to rot) we needed to burn.
Goal(s) to Achieve Next Time:
None really
Physiological Response: (Sweat, Heart Rate, Aches/Pains?)
no sweat, no noticeable increases in heart rate. Aches: none.
