March 22nd exercise


Each time you participate in physical activity, fill out the following form.


Time Stretching: none
Activity/Duration:  2 in a half hours

Description of Activity:  (How far, how long, intensity, etc.) 
how far: 7 miles! how long 2 in a half hours, intensity: casual walking.

What Was Accomplished:
walking 7 miles we are only 3 miles away from our goal!
Goal(s) to Achieve Next Time:  
walk the rest of the 3  miles next week
Physiological Response:  (Sweat, Heart Rate, Aches/Pains?) 
during the night and right after the walk my legs got very stiff when I sat down.
