3 hours=ugg


Time Stretching:  none

Activity/Duration:  3 hours

Description of Activity:  (How far, how long, intensity, etc.) 
The intensity was moderate, I was helping someone move into a new apartment. what we would do is go up about 5 steps step onto a large step then finally take another big step to get into their old house. You would grab something and repeat the same procedure I explained above (except your going down the steps). Now indeed the stuff I was carrying was not that heavy but the trips up and down the stairs is what really got my legs going "ow!" we had to go up and down stairs because we had a TV and mattresses to get up to the second floor. We used the elevator then the rest we carried up 2 sets of stairs to the appartment.

What Was Accomplished:
Helped get someone moved into an apartment.
Goal(s) to Achieve Next Time:  
There really are not any 
Physiological Response:  (Sweat, Heart Rate, Aches/Pains?) 
No aches over night but I will change edit theis if I get any aches. Pain it got a little difficult when I was carrying a box of comic books up the stairs but other than that there was no pain. I know my heart was racing  , and I had no sweat.
Feedback From Others/Self:
Next time maybe I should help get the heavier stuff in (although I am short and small) feedback from others nothing
