How far roughly 2 in a half miles. How long 1 hour, we walked up to our nearest Burger King and got a Caramel Sunday then walked back home. The intensity was casually walking (enjoying the hot weather), I will add it was hot out.

Walking to BK (Burger King) and getting Sunday's

In one week walk up to Glamorgan Castle (a little further than BK my mom is 40 maybe older we need to let her build up to walking again)
Physiological Response: (Sweat, Heart Rate, Aches/Pains?)
Sweat barely any, heart rate none, aches/pains none! Although I feel my muscles relaxing a lot.
Feedback: KEEP WALKING WE CAN GET BACK TO WALKING 10 miles again!!!!!!!!!!
