exercise for the day March 8th


Time Stretching:  2 min.
Activity/Duration:  1 hour

Description of Activity:  (How far, how long, intensity, etc.) 
Walked about 1 to 1 in a half miles, intensity was very light. This is because it was the first time of getting outside and walking a certain distance for a while. (we used to walk 10 miles a day! Also we are thinking about starting that up again. We includes my mom, my brother, and myself)

What Was Accomplished:
Walking 1 to 1 in a half miles very slow to start. 
Goal(s) to Achieve Next Time:  
possibly walk a little faster and boggy!
Physiological Response:  (Sweat, Heart Rate, Aches/Pains?) 
No pain I did notice my muscles relaxing when my dad gave us a ride for like 2 blocks (everyone was chickening out I was not about to walk by myself) 
Feedback From Others/Self:
It was beautiful March 7Th! it was like 60 some degrees by  2:00. Today it is 60 degrees at 7:30! I know its going to be beautiful today!.
