exercise for the day 1st semester

Hi Bloggers :)
Yes it's me the one that thought 11 minutes of running on the treadmill was allot :)

Time Stretching: none

Activity/Duration:  1 hour

Description of Activity:  (How far, how long, intensity, etc.) I was doing exercise for 1 hour and in this 1 hour I was on the Wii Fit Board. The first day I did it I did too much...I did 10 minutes of running...ok jogging.

What Was Accomplished:
10 minutes of jogging and allot of different stuff. I will explain what is on the wii fit board Mr. Fiebig and what it is.

Goal(s) to Achieve Next Time:  
There is not going to be a next time it is going to be me doing correct pushups, sit-ups, jacknifes and one more thing leg lifts (wikid!)  
Physiological Response:  (Sweat, Heart Rate, Aches/Pains?) 
for the first few days I was doing this it was bad I felt like I could not move the next moringing. Then when I went to do some that day my arms would start shaking after like 3 pushups :(. 
Feedback From Others/Self:
I have not learned how to do a correct push up. I need to learn to do so if I want my life! :)
