walking around in Washington DC sometimes briskly and sometimes fast depending on our tour guide and how much time we had.
What Was Accomplished:
7 hours of walking in Washington DC

none
Physiological Response: (Sweat, Heart Rate, Aches/Pains?)
sweat: none heart rate: sped up if I jogged a little to catch up to the group

I loved DC it was all that I expected it to be! :)
