I would say that this was moderate I was sweating in which I never do, but I wasn't gasping for breath.
What Was Accomplished:
Taking Christmas stuff down 2 flights of stairs from someones attic.
Goal(s) to Achieve Next Time:
to start running up and down our steps for physical activity to the point of getting out of breath.
