exercise for the day

PE Journal

Each time you participate in physical activity, fill out the following form.

Time Stretching: 5 min.

Activity/Duration: 20 min.

Description of Activity: (How far, how long, intensity, etc.)

_running and walking: time running: 6min. time walking:7 time stretching: 5 min.

What Was Accomplished:

Running, walking, push ups, sit- ups

Goal(s) to Achieve Next Time: 4 days I want to run for 8 min. it will be very hard but you know no pain no gain.

Physiological Response: (Sweat, Heart Rate, Aches/Pains?)

Minimum sweat heart rate did not keep track,

aches none

pains none mussles relaxing a lot

Feedback From Others/Self:

On Friday I am going to have to kick my own but.

Others no feedback, Me? I feel that I am doing good I am going at a pace that is good for me only.
